【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherulesandlimitsthatdeterminepermissiblespeedforagiventrackalignment.Alternatively,foraspecifiedpermissiblespeed,itdefineslimitsfortrackalignmentdesignparameters.MorerestrictiverequirementsoftheHighSpeedTSIInfrastructureandtheConventionalRailTSIInfrastructure,aswellasother(national,company,etc.)ruleswillapply.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomainlineswithtrackgauges1435mmandwiderwithpermissiblespeedsbetween80km/hand300km/h.AnnexC(informative)describestheconversionruleswhichcanbeappliedfortrackswithgaugeswiderthan1435mm.NormativeAnnexDisappliedfortrackgaugeswiderthan1435mm.However,thevaluesandconditionsstatedforthisspeedrangecanalsobeappliedtolineswherepermissiblespeedsarelessthan80km/h,butinthiscase,moreorlessrestrictivevaluesmayneedtobeusedandshouldbedefinedinthecontract.ThisEuropeanStandardneednotbeapplicabletocertainurbanandsuburbanlines.ThisEuropeanStandardalsotakesaccountofvehiclesthathavebeenapprovedforhighcantdeficiencies.Fortheoperationoftiltingtrains,specificrequirementsaredefinedwithinthisEuropeanStandard.
